These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you" or "your") and rv999 (hereinafter "rv999", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rv999.biz (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Site").

Access to and use of the rv999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. rv999 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21. Age is verified through the KYC process using your Pakistani CNIC. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

• One account per player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one rv999 Account. Your rv999 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. The following rules apply to all Accounts on the Platform:

• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rv999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify rv999 immediately at [email protected].
• Accurate information: You are required to keep your registered contact details — including email address and Pakistani mobile number — current and accurate. rv999 is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

All financial transactions on the rv999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits. rv999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited) and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and PKR 500 for bank transfers. rv999 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers, subject to verification.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered to and verified in your rv999 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within thirty (30) minutes on average. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one (1) business day during regular banking hours. rv999 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts or where unusual activity is detected.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). rv999 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. Withdrawals will only be remitted to accounts in the name of the registered Account holder. rv999 is legally required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where mandated by the applicable regulatory framework.

5.4 Forfeiture. rv999 reserves the right to withhold and/or forfeit funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other material breach of these Terms.

rv999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits and loyalty rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real-Money Balance. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where not otherwise specified, a default wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount applies.

7.1 General. All sports bets placed on rv999 are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific rules published on the relevant event or market page. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

7.2 Cricket (PSL, T20 World Cup, Bilateral Series). rv999's cricket sportsbook follows internationally recognised cricket betting settlement rules. Markets are settled on official match results as declared by the governing cricket body (ICC, PCB or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or declared a no-result by the governing body, all open markets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For PSL franchise matches, rv999 may offer special local markets — specific settlement rules for these markets are published on the respective event page prior to the match.

7.3 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are offered in real time during sporting events. Odds in live markets fluctuate continuously and are subject to automatic suspension during stoppages, reviews or other match interruptions. Bets accepted while a live market is suspended due to a technical error may be voided at rv999's discretion. rv999 is not responsible for latency between live events and the display of odds on the Platform — placed bets are binding at the odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance.

7.4 Bet Voidance. rv999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement; (b) there is clear evidence that the event was subject to match manipulation; (c) the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; or (d) the bet breaches applicable betting rules for the market in question.

7.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. Maximum payout thresholds are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. rv999 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum payout limits to specific markets, events or Players without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

All casino games offered on the rv999 Platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, Sic Bo), fishing arcade games (Dragon Fishing 2) and dice instant-win games (Lucky Dice) — are operated subject to the following terms:

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, rv999 may immediately suspend Account access, withhold pending withdrawals, void affected bets and winnings, and permanently close the Account. rv999 also reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

rv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players free of charge within Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. A deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. A deposit limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money bets may be placed until the limit period resets or a new limit is configured.

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including any financial losses resulting from Account suspension or closure for Terms violations;
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited or restricted.

Where rv999 is found liable under applicable law, rv999's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of Real-Money funds held in your rv999 Account at the time the cause of action arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rv999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by rv999's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

rv999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include: your CNIC data and financial information are stored with encryption; personal data is never sold to third parties; data is processed only for legitimate purposes directly related to the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations; and you retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

14.1 Termination by Player. You may close your rv999 Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real-Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

14.2 Termination by rv999. rv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, without prior notice, where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) your Account is subject to a Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request; (c) your Account has been flagged for suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (e) continued operation of your Account would expose rv999 to regulatory or reputational risk.

14.3 Effects of termination. Upon termination — whether initiated by you or rv999 — your licence to use the Platform immediately ends, you must cease all use of rv999, and rv999 may delete your Account data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Where termination is for cause attributable to you, rv999 reserves the right to retain any balance held in your Account as compensation for losses suffered.

15.1 Internal complaints process.
